Payment Methods-
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard & Maestro. Payments are securely processed though Worldnet's secure server.
Please note- we only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling (£GBP).
We also accept PayPal. Customers may choose this method as it is a safe and trusted way to pay over the internet, as payment details are not directly given to the merchant.

We aim to dispatch your jewellery as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 working days. You will be informed of the estimated delivery of your jewellery within 24 hours.
If your item is out of stock you will be informed within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and informed of the estimated delivery date.
Specially made items, special sizes and full eternity rings may take 3 - 6 weeks. You will be informed as soon as your order has been despatched.
Postage and packing on all items is FREE on your initial and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We only deliver goods within the UK. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Failing this your package can be collected from your local Royal Mail depot.
In the event of a postal strike, all packages are delivered via next day insured courier.
PLEASE NOTE: If you require delivery to an address other than your billing address we require a form of identification showing your name and billing address. This may be a utility bill (within the last 3 months), Driving licence or Passport.

Our buying process is simple-

Add the product to your cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button located at the bottom of each product. From there you can view all products added and remove products if necessary.
