We aim to despatch your jewellery as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 working days. You will be informed of the estimated delivery of your jewellery within 24 hours*. We will always do our best to work around you and to deliver before any deadlines you may have.
If your chosen item is out of stock you will be informed within 24 hours* and given the approximate lead time for your order.
We offer most ring sizes, although due to the high number of rings available and the number of optional ring sizes on offer it is not possible for us to stock all sizes. If we do not stock your ring in your required size we can usually make it to order within 7-10 working days. Out of stock items, custom jewellery and eternity rings may take 4-6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us to check delivery of your chosen items.

How your jewellery is delivered (UK):
Postage and packing on all items is FREE on your initial order and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be informed when your item has been despatched and given the estimated date and time of arrival. Once your order has been despatched it is guaranteed to arrive the next working day (UK only).
Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. In the event of a missed delivery you may arrange a re-delivery using the card posted through your door. Alternatively you may collect your package from your local Royal Mail sorting office (ID must be provided when collecting).
In the event of a postal strike, all packages are delivered via insured courier, details are provided upon despatch.
Shipping on all international orders is Free. We now deliver to the following European countries;

International orders are despatched via Royal Mail International Signed For and are guaranteed to arrive within 3 working days of despatch. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import taxes/duty applicable in your country, you may want to check if this applies to you before placeing your order. For security reasons we can only deliver to the registered billing address on all international orders.
Delivering to alternate address (UK only):
If you require delivery to an address other than your registered billing address (such as your work address), we may require a form of identification which shows your name and billing address. Identification may include your Driving license or Passport. These details may be scanned or photographed and emailed to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Why do we require identification?
It's all about security and preventing fraud. When dealing with luxury goods such as diamond and gemstone jewellery this is especially important. When we deliver a package to your billing address we can already certify that the address we deliver to is the real card holders address therefore the risk of fraud it low. If we deliver to a different address then we, as well as the cardholder, are left vulnerable to fraud.
