Buying & Payments
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard & Maestro. Payments are securely processed though worldpay's secure server.
Please note- we only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling (£GBP).
We also accept PayPal. Customers may choose this method as it is a safe and trusted way to pay over the internet, as payment details are not directly given to the merchant.

We aim to dispatch your jewellery as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. You will be informed of the estimated delivery of your jewellery within 24 hours.
If your item is out of stock you will be informed within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and informed of the estimated delivery date.
Specially made items, special sizes and full eternity rings may take 3 - 4 weeks. Once your jewellery is despatched you will be sent a tracking number to keep track of your jewellery
Postage and packing on all items is FREE and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You will be informed as soon as your item is sent and given a code for on-line tracking.
We only deliver goods within the UK. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Failing this your package can be collected from the Royal Mail depot.
In the event of a postal strike, all packages are delivered via next day insured currier.
PLEASE NOTE: If you require us to send your jewellery to an alternative address such as your work, we can, however we require further information from you for security reasons. This can be a utility bill (with your name and delivery address on) or photo ID such as passport or driving licence.

Our buying process is simple-
Click on the product you would like to purchase.
Choose your options if applicable (this could be ring size, diamond size, colour/clarity)
Add the product to your cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button located at the bottom of each product. from there you can view all products added and remove products if necessary.
Click 'Checkout' to proceed and follow the instructions to complete your order.
