How long till I receive my jewellery?

 

We aim to deliver most orders within 2 - 3 working days. In the event of your item being out of stock or not available in your size; we will inform you within 24 hours of your order and let you know the estimated time you will receive the item before processing the order.

Eternity rings usually need to be specially made and can take around 3 - 4 weeks however certain sizes may be in stock in which case delivery is also 2 - 3 working days. Please note specially made orders are non-returnable. You will be informed if the item needs to be specially ordered before we process the order.

You can contact us before you place the order to find out the delivery time of a particular item.


 

Can I return the jewellery if I don't like it?

Do you extend your 14 day money back policy for special occasions such as Christmas?

 

This often happens over Christmas and valentines, customers want to get the gifts sorted a few weeks in advance. By the time they find out the jewellery is not suitable the money back period may be coming to an end. We generally extend our money back policy over Christmas to 30 days. If you think you will need this for a birthday or valentines gift for example please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you.

 

 

Do you have a store I can visit?

 

Lloyds Family Jewellery is solely based on the internet and does not have facilities to receive the public; there are advantages to this; as we do not have the lofty overheads of an expensive high street store we can afford to sell our jewellery much cheaper than your regular store. All our jewellery is around 50% off RRP with some clearance items as low as 80%!


 

How can you offer such low prices?

 

We buy our jewellery direct from our manufacturers as we supply it to you, this means we don't need to keep expensive stock which is not only safe for us but also cheaper, added with less overheads by not running a high street store and we can pass all these savings direct to our customers.


 

I've ordered the wrong size ring what can I do?

 

Simply tell us your problem, return the ring and we will have it re-sized and sent back to you for just £15 (this includes postage). We should be able to return the ring to you within a week.


 

How can I find the ring size I need?

What delivery service do you use?

 

We use Royal Mail Special next day delivery by 1:00pm, covering 99% of UK. Online tracking is available. Please note- someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Failing this your package can be collected from the Royal Mail post/sorting office. In the event of a postal strike all packages are delivered by next day parcel force insured service.


 

Are the order packages sent in plain envelopes?

 

Yes the envelopes we send have no indication of what is inside and our company name is not written on the package. This is mainly for security reasons but also lets you keep any surprises. 


 

Is it safe to buy jewellery on the internet?

Never disclose your credit card’s PIN number (this is not the card number) to anyone, including people claiming to be from your bank or the police, and NEVER send it over the internet.

If you have a problem, contact the company you ordered from. If they do not give you satisfaction, contact your local Trading Standards Office.
