Product Guarantee-

We offer a full 12 month guarantee on all our jewellery and watches (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover neglect/wear and tear; if jewellery is damaged as a result of this you can either-

1. Have the jewellery repaired for a fee confirmed with you before repair. 
2. Or have the jewellery returned back to you. (Please ensure your jewellery is insured).
