We endeavour to offer exceptional and personal customer service. We understand that every customer is different and your personal requirements will be accounted for throughout your whole order process.
All our hand made jewellery is UK hallmarked. All gold is genuine 9k or 18k nickel free. Our diamonds and gems are authentic earth mined, they are legitimately sourced and conflict free.
Conflict Free-

Price Watch-
We monitor our prices daily to ensure we offer the best possible prices, if you see the same jewellery item cheaper elsewhere we will endeavour to beat the price. Simply contact us with a link to the cheaper item and we will get back to you ASAP.
Product Guarantee-
We offer a full 12 month guarantee on all our jewellery and watches (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover neglect/wear and tear; if jewellery is damaged as a result of this you can either-
- Have the jewellery repaired for a fee confirmed with you before repair.
- Or have the jewellery returned back to you. (Please ensure your jewellery is insured).
Returns Policy-
Jewellery: You may return your jewellery within 30 days of despatch for a full refund or exchange. Jewellery must be in its original condition. For more information see How to return.
Watches: You may return your watch within 14 days of despatch for a full refund or exchange. Watches must be unworn in their original condition. For more information see How to return.
Exclusions-
We accept returns or exchanges on rings between sizes J-Q; all other sizes are non-returnable unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Custom made jewellery is also non-returnable as they are made especially to your requirements and can not be returned to the manufacturers. You will be informed in advance if this applies to your order.
We understand that this may be worrying so if you would like to place a special order we may be able to send you a sample to see if you like the jewellery item before having it specially made.
Special orders are still covered by our 12 month quality guarantee.
How to return-
Simply tell us you would like to return your order by contacting us>
We will then get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your return and give you further instructions and the returns address.*
Please quote your order number and Surname in any correspondence to enable us to deal with your enquiry quickly.
When returning an item you must ensure the jewellery is in its original condition so please look after it whilst in your care. Damaged jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
The cost of returns is paid by you the customer, jewellery should be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The average cost of which is £5.50 insured up to £500. If your jewellery is valued over £500 a small surcharge will be added by the post office.
*Refunds cannot be processed if goods are returned without first receiving your returns confirmation.
Eternity Rings-
Most eternity rings need to be especially made and would be non-returnable once the order has been processed. Specially made eternity rings usually take around 3-6 weeks to manufacture.
You will be informed in advance if this is the case.
We do however stock many sizes, please contact us for details.
Wrong Ring Size?
If you have ordered the wrong size ring you may return it to us to be made in the correct size (*if possible) for an additional fee of £20 including postage. For information on returning your ring see How to return>
*Certain rings cant be sized including full eternity rings and special settings. Rings can only be sized within reasonable parameters i.e. we may not be able to size a ring 5 sizes as this may loosen stones or affect the shape of the ring.
