Lloyds Family Jewellery Guarantee
We only supply jewellery that are free from defects (other than natural diamond characteristics) or bad craftsmanship.
All gold and Diamonds are authentic with the grade of gold and diamonds being stated in the product description.
All products are hallmarked according to UK legislation; this guarantees all materials have been passes by a UK government approved agency.
Lloyds Family Jewellery confirms our diamonds to be free from funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. For more information go to www.conflictfreediamonds.co.uk.
We monitor our prices daily to ensure we offer the best possible prices, if you see the same jewellery item cheaper elsewhere we will endeavour to beat the price. Simply call us or email us with a link to the cheaper item and we will get back to you ASAP.
A one-year guarantee is given on all our jewellery (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover neglect/wear and tear; if jewellery is damaged as a result of this you can choose one of the following-
Have the jewellery repaired for a fee confirmed with you before repair.
Have the jewellery returned back to you. (Please ensure your jewellery is insured).
If you are unhappy with your jewellery or it is not suitable you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange*. Simply inform us within 7 days and make sure the jewellery is sent back to us within this 14 days period.
We accept returns or exchanges on rings between sizes J-Q; all other sizes are non-returnable. Custom made jewellery is also non-returnable as they are made especially to your requirements. You will be informed in advance if this applies to your order.
These jewellery items are still covered by our 12 month guarantee.
When returning an item you must ensure the jewellery is in its original condition so please look after it whilst in your care. Damaged jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Simply contact us at sales@lloydsfamilyjewellery.co.uk and request a returns authorisation*.
Once you receive a returns authorisation email from us send the jewellery in a padded envelope or its original packaging by registered post to the address enclosed in the email.
Please quote your order number and Surname in any correspondence to enable us to deal with your enquiry quickly.
*Refunds cannot be processed if goods are returned without first receiving your returns authorisation.
Most eternity rings need to be especially made and would be non-returnable once the order has been processed. Specially made eternity rings usually take around 3 weeks to manufacture.
You will be informed in advance if this is the case.
We do however stock many sizes, please contact us for details.
If you have ordered the wrong size ring you may return it to us to be made in the correct size for an additional fee of £15 including postage.
