Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro & Switch. Payments. Payments are securely processed though our secure server powered by Worldnet. We currently do not accept American Express.
We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling (£GBP). All prices include postage and packaging. If purchasing from outside the UK funds will arrive with us in GBP and will be converted to your local currency which will appear on your bank statement.
PayPal
We also accept PayPal. Customers may choose this method as it is a safe and trusted way to pay over the internet, as payment details are not directly given to the merchant.

Payment and Address Information
When it comes to entering your payment details you can choose to either pay with your credit/debit card, pay using your PayPal account or you may choose to place your order and arrange payment at a later date.
When paying with your credit or debit card please ensure that the address you provide for your billing address is your registered billing address meaning it is the same address your bank has on file (address on your bank statement).
If you would like your jewellery delivered to an address other than your billing address, we may ask for a form of identification such as a copy of your passport or driving license.
Security is of course of high importance to us, to protect our customers and ourselves against fraud we may screen customers details with fraud detection agencies. This will confirm the person placing the order is the person who owns the payment card. These identity checks are not credit checks and in no way affect your credit rating.

When is Payment Taken
Upon placing your order and submitting your payment information, the full total for your order will be reserved on your credit/debit card. Once we have checked stock availability and informed you of the approximate delivery date, your payment will be processed and the transaction will display on your bank statement as Lloyds Family Jewellery.
