Lloyd's Family Jewellery does not have facilities to receive the public. In order to offer the best value we moved to the web in 2005 and are now based entirely online. find out more details in our about us section...
How can you offer such low prices?
The world wide web is a competitive place, to ensure we can stay in front of the competition we not only have to offer the very best in products and service, but we also need to offer the best value. We carefully source our jewellery direct from some of the finest UK manufacturers who not only offer high quality jewellery with beautiful designs, but who also offer fair pricing. We deal direct with manufacturers and diamond cutters to ensure there is no unnecessary price inflation. In 2005 we made the move to the web and never looked back, this gives us an edge in keeping overheads low, another key factor of our low prices.
Very importantly, we offer fair pricing and we’re not greedy. We keep profit margins low, this means that we make less on individual sales, but we can boost sales numbers and keep our customers happy and coming back each year. We don’t think it's fair to price high just so we have room to negotiate and offer big sale discounts. Many customers don't like to barter but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a good deal, so we like to be fair to all of our customers and have great prices all year long.

How can I find the ring size I need?
What delivery service do you use?
UK deliveries: We use Royal Mail Special Delivery' next day by 1:00pm, covering 99% of UK. Online tracking is available.
International: We generally use 'Royal Mail International signed for' for orders under £700 (delivery within 3 working days of despatch) & 'FedEx Express' for orders over £700. (delivery next working day upon despatch).
We reserve the right to change couriers if necessary. We will send shipping details by email upon despatch.
Are the order packages sent in plain envelopes?
Yes our packaging gives no indication as to what is inside and our company logo is not displayed on the package. This is mainly for security reasons but also lets you keep any surprises. Our sender address has to be labelled on the package but our full company name is not mentioned.
What are your opening times?
You can call us Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. Voice messages are sent to our email account so we can pick these up any time. We monitor emails carefully so you can also email us if you can't get through on the phone.
Is it safe to buy jewellery on your website?

What if I encounter a problem with my jewellery after your 12 month guarantee has finished?
If you encounter any problems or damage with your jewellery (such as those listed below) after your 12 month guarantee, we can offer to inspect your jewellery and advise on what work is necessary to repair your item.
Work may include:
- Missing stones
- Broken claws
- Worn down plating
- Ring re-sizing
- Chain or Clasp repairs
- Cracks or dents in precious metal
We can send your item to our working jeweller partners who specialize in repairs for an evaluation of your jewellery, if the work requested is possible we can receive a quote and ask if you would like to proceed. For more details please contact us.
What is an Authenticity Certificate?
We supply Authenticity certificates with all pre-owned watches advertised on our website. This is a credit card sized card which states the watch is genuine in respect of case, strap and movement. This card also doubles as your full 2 year guarantee.
Do you offer any guarantees on your watches?
All pre-owned watches are guaranteed for 2 years against originality of components including the strap, case and movement. If any part of the watch consists of aftermarket parts this will be mentioned in the product description or disclosed before sale. This 2 year guarantee covers defects in the mechanism.
This guarantee does not cover damage, the condition of the watch will be stated on the product description. If you are not happy with the condition of your watch please let us know immediately
I live overseas. Can I purchase from you?
As with our diamond jewellery we can ship watches to all countries mentioned on our 'delivery' page.
Can I view before purchasing?
At present we do not have facilities to receive the public however if you are not fully satisfied with your watch you may cancel your order within 10 days, this cooling off period starts the day after you receive your order.
What if I am not happy with the watch(es) received?

Do you stock all watches advertised on your website?
Some watches are stocked, models which are labelled as sold are kept online for customers to see which watches can potentially be supplied and gives an idea on prices for that model. We can also source watches on request.
Is the watch shown on your website the actual watch I will receive?
For pre-owned watches the photographs shown on our website have been taken from the actual watch advertised for sale. Watches advertised as 'new to order' may show a stock image.
