Our Mission

We aim to offer quality diamond and gemstone jewellery at the most competative prices, with no worries as we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on jewellery and 14 day money back on watches (see returns page for details).

We endeavour to offer exceptional and personal customer service. We understand that every customer is different and therfore your personal requirements will be accounted for throughout your whole order process.

All our jewellery is UK hallmarked consisting of genuine 9k Gold, 18k Gold, 950 Platinum or 950 Palladium; all of which are 100% nickel free. Our diamonds and gems are authentic and earth mined, they are legitimately sourced and conflict free.

 

Jewellery Guarantee

All our jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery. Manufacturing defects may include; casting, plating or setting errors.

This guarantee does not cover damage, this may include: scratches, dents, cracks in metals (unless caused by a manufacturing error), damaged settings, broken/cracked/chipped or missing diamonds or gemstones.

Upon claiming under this guarantee we must inspect the item to establish how the issue has occured. We may provide assessments and photographs if possible on request. Should the item be damaged and show no sign of a manufacturing defect then we may offer a price quote for repair if possible at our discretion.

Our manufacturer backed quality guarantee is not to be confused with a warranty or insurance, we send information on third party insurance providers with all orders and recommend customers take out their own insurance policies.

It is the customers resposibility to return goods to us via insured and tracked delivery and cover postage costs, if the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect then you may make a claim for postage to be refunded. We will cover the costs of returning your jewellery back to you.

 

Watch Guarantee

All pre-owned watches are guaranteed for 2 years against originality of components including the strap, case and movement. If any part of the watch consists of aftermarket parts this will be mentioned in the product description or disclosed before sale. This 2 year guarantee covers defects in the mechanism.

This guarantee does not cover damage, the condition of the watch will be stated on the product description. If you are not happy with the condition of your watch please let us know immediately

We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the most competitive you will find on the internet or in retail stores. Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund. The cooling off period in which you may make a cancelation is 30 days for jewellery and 10 days for watches. These periods start from the day after you receive your order.

Please ensure you take good care of your item/s whilst in your care, we may seek compensation for lost value of goods which have been damaged including missing packaging. If your jewellery valuation certificate is not returned with your order it must be destroyed.

The cost of returns is paid by you the customer, it is the customers responsibility to ensure goods arrive back with us safely. We recommend returning items to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery as it is safe, reliable and insured against loss. The average cost of this service is £5.90 insured up to £500. If your jewellery is valued over £500 a small surcharge will be added by the post office.
