Payment & Address Information

When it comes to entering your payment details you can choose to either pay with your credit/debit card or you may choose to place your order and arrange payment at a later date via cheque or direct bank transfer. You can also choose to take out credit.

When paying with your credit or debit card please ensure that the address you provide for your billing address is your registered billing address (the address shown on your bank statement). If you would like your jewellery delivered to an address other than your billing address, we may require a form of identification such as a copy of your passport or driving license.

Security is very important to us, to protect our customers and ourselves against fraud we may screen customers details with fraud detection agencies. This will confirm the person placing the order is the genuine card holder. These identity checks are not credit checks and in no way affect your credit rating.

When Payment is Taken

Upon placing your order and submitting your payment information, the full total for your order will be reserved on your credit/debit cards balance, this is known as a pre-authorised payment. Once we have checked stock availability and informed you of the approximate delivery date, your payment will be processed and the transaction will display on your bank statement as Lloyds Family Jewellery. If your item is out of stock we will not process payment until you have agreed to the new delivery date.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled and a refund has been authorised, any payments made to us will be processed for a refund within 14 days of receiving goods back into stock, or within 14 days of you supplying evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. Missing packaging or necessary repairs may be charged against your refund. Upon processing your refund, payments may take up to 30 days to show in your account depending on your bank, however most refunds show within 5 working days after being processed.
